Taking Billboard’s to the next Level with 3D Mapping.

3 D Mapping Billboard

3 D mapping is a hot trend and every brand wants to surf the trend.

They are still huge exterior displays affair that takes entire buildings and blocks, powerful and state of the art technology and of course…important budgets that only big brands can afford.

Brands such as ADIDAS came through with 3D sessions complete with its own DJ and musical display, RALPH LAUREN felt they needed to get into the craze and projected their own classy and unique brand personality on to building Façades, façades, façades…

But where and how will 3D Mapping evolve?  Folks at ACCESS AGENCY would say: AWAY FROM BUILDING FAÇADES AND INTO BILLBOARDS!

Take a look at this upcoming 3D Mapping Billboard for Mini by ACCESS AGENCY.  The concept breathes novelty and freshness.  It’s apparently not operational yet as it will be launching the new Mini Model in early 2012.

Can’t wait to see the results…

What do you think?  Is this “Augmented Reality” disguised as 3D Mapping?

Interactive Billboard – Heineken -total inmersion

20July

Sun Smart.- Interactive Billboard

18July

Too much of a good thing is still too much and that is especially true of the sun. Sun Smart in Australia is reminding people with a creative billboard campaign that cutting out the sun exposure is easier than cutting out a skin cancer. Reach inside the “cancer cutout” and help yourself to some free SPF 30 sunscreen. Very clever.

Interactive billboard Mac Donalds

Interactive Billboard Tropicana

12April

Orange created a billboard that harnesses the energy from oranges to illuminate a neon sign that reads “Natural Energy” & the Tropicana logo. Through several thousand spikes of copper and zink, a lot of wiring and 3 months of testing we managed to make a giant multi-cell battery powerful enough to light up a billboard. The custom build was produced by Unit9 in collaboration with director Johnny Hardstaff who created the accompanying 90second film.

Trident Interactive social networks.- street marketing

5April

ADTRENDMAP The perfect tool.-

7March

And here is our latest job called ADTRENDMAP The perfect tool for planners and brand managers. Using the Barcelona metro map. It picks up on cutting-edge trends, instantly bringing the new consumer exciting insights across all media / platfforms.

I invite you to check this work as a tool for planning and manage new campaigns..

ADTRENDMAP has been created with my two friends Joan and Rafa, we gather more than forty years working for brands between Barcelona, Brussels and New York. We share a vision focused on the prosumer as the only protagonist of our marketing efforts.

We belong to three different agencies but we strongly believe in coopetition: the competition based on cooperation. We all needed a simple tool for our customers to understand the new landscape, and the Adtrend Map is the result of that. In the following months we’ll receive enriching feedback from marketers and advertisers like you. Be sure we’ll be pleased to improve the map with all your comments.
