<p>La estrategia que utiliza la tienda de muebles ecológicos COCO-MAT en Nueva York consiste en invitarlos a disfrutar de una “muestra gratis” de sus productos. Para promocionar sus muebles de dormitorio la tienda instaló un espacio que simula una habitación de hotel donde los clientes pueden tomar una siesta.</p>
<p>Más allá de la vieja promoción de “probar antes de comprar” la experiencia que ofrece COCO_MAT se enfoca sobretodo a crear un concepto, a llevar al cliente a apreciar cada cualidad de la marca.</p>
<p>En la experiencia, la tienda ofrece dormir en su cama king-size modelo California con ropa de cama de lino, música ambiental y un vaso de jugo. Se trata de un fabricante sustentable que utiliza materiales renovables y procesos amigabes con el ambiente.</p>
<p>El objetivo de la acción es crear engagement con el cliente, y que éste se convierta en evangelista de la marca, amplificando el Word of Mouth.</p>
