# Una Acción de Street Marketing con un ROI del 4938%

Turistas ingleses, japoneses, chinos, franceses… Inundan las calles de Barcelona en el mes de Agosto, ellos son el target al que nos dirigimos en este evento, que la agencia madrileña [In House Smart Communication](http://www.inhousesc.com/) desarrolló con nuestra colaboración.

Sephora Triangle, en colaboración con Hoteles NH, busca al turista más cool de Barcelona. Por eso, un equipo de Cool Hunters de Sephora captura estos días a los viajeros ofreciéndoles descuentos, maquillajes express gratuitos y fotografiando a los más trendy para luego entregarles como recuerdo la propia fotografía impresa.

 

## Objetivos

Atraer tráfico a Sephora Triangle y convertirlo en ventas directas a través de descuentos que repartían los azafatos/as. Viralización de la acción en redes sociales, compartiendo las fotografías en Facebook.

Nos encargamos de toda la producción de la campaña. Entrevistas a azafatos/as, vestuario, desarrollamos una tecnología para realizar la captura de leads adaptada a la mecánica para atraer tráfico al punto de venta y lograr un egangement de calidad, una experiencia única de marca, un call to action que generó ventas y una amplificación y resonancia de la acción vía redes sociales. Lo que mas nos gustó fue como los clientes potenciales [pasaban de una etapa a otra](https://blog.asmalljob.com/street-marketing/las-10-mejores-acciones-de-street-marketing-del-mes-de-agosto?hsLang=es) de una manera totalmente natural y suave, sin saltos, siendo una experiencia totalmente positiva para los participantes.

- En la fase de planificación hicimos el cálculo de [engagement](https://blog.asmalljob.com/street-marketing/blog/uncategorized/experiential-marketing-is-about-emotions-and-pleasure?hsLang=es) hora objetivo para alinearlo con la mecánica y el número de embajadores de marca que tendríamos en la calle.
- El [uso de IPADS](https://blog.asmalljob.com/street-marketing/street-marketing-con-ipad?hsLang=es) nos permitió tomar fotografías a los participantes que automáticamente se transmitían a la tienda para ser impresas y preparadas para su recogida. El cliente cuando llegaba y veía que su foto ya estaba lista. Tenía una experiencia de consumo altamente favorable.
